Was it effective and/or do you believe that one of the other types of compensation plans would work better? Why or Why not?
- After reading the “5 Steps to a Compensation Strategy that Helps Your Company Thrive”, choose 1 of the 5 steps and argue why it is so valuable to strategic compensation best practices in HRM.
